( psl ) hot for teacher
[ Of all the things Erik had imagined for a new, reinvented future, this definitely wasn't one of them. His life so far has been made of so many missteps, so many mistakes, his public image fluctuating wildly but for the most part, not being particularly good. He was even labeled a terrorist at one point, before his efforts for the mutant cause actually landed him in a better light eventually. A path of struggle that proved to be far more difficult than his attempts to wage war on the world, in the name of his kind but truly, just another expression of his anger.
It has always been a work in progress. Slow, with setbacks, and contrary opinions even now. At least among mutants, he's largely seen as a figure of good, a role model for a better future for their kind, of cooperation with mankind while refusing to compromise. Still ready to fight if it ever comes down to that.
But the last few years have become ones of peace, and Erik has carved himself a spot here, in the mansion, admittedly with much of Charles's help. The telepath helped him settle in, coaxed him to take a position as a teacher, encouraged him even when he didn't feel like he quite fit that role, and he was surprised to learn that he became rather popular among the students. It was already more than what he could ask for, and he couldn't imagine it becoming any better than that— only for Charles to approach him about taking over the school on his behalf, as Charles decides to step back and venture to other projects. Dedicate himself more to the X-Men and leaving the meaningful job of offering a home to young mutants, and guide them through this new world.
It's an overwhelming thing, and he feels out of his depth even after months of accepting the offer. Charles offers some insight on occasion, but he's not always around, and Erik often relies on senior teachers for their suggestions and opinions. But those aren't the only teachers working at the school— some younger faces have joined the board, a few even former students themselves, one of which Erik even remembers sitting on his classes not so long ago... ]

It was more than the physical intimacy, that's true, because he also didn't know if he'd be able to see that easy smile again. No matter what, he likes seeing Erik smile, even if they're always subtle. ]
Alright, I'll hold you to that.
[ There's a slight joking tone in his response but it's all truth for Bobby. ] Felt like I can breathe again. [ He says in a murmur. ]
no subject
Concerns that made him initially pull away from Bobby, but he realizes now that it was a mistake, and not the right way to approach this. He couldn't stay away from him. Just these few weeks left him a wreck. ]
I'm sorry for hurting you. It was the last thing I wanted. [ He brushes fingers through his hair, kissing his lips, his cheek, murmuring sweetly. ] You're so special to me, you have no idea.
no subject
As those sweet lips travel from his lips to his cheek, Bobby's smile turns fond and tender. ]
I think I have an idea. [ He chuckles, not moving to put even an inch between them. ] I've forgiven you already. [ Then, his smile turns a bit mischievous. ] But maybe you can make it up to me.
no subject
Perhaps he's being too pessimistic. He decides to set those thoughts aside for now, not wanting that to taint this precious moment they have together. ]
Oh? [ He raises both his eyebrows, tilting his head with the faintest of smiles. ] And how can I make it up to you? Any ideas?
no subject
When Bobby sees Erik's smiles, however faint, he can't help the swell in his heart. Those weeks felt like years to him. ]
Maybe a continuation of that night? Where we left off? [ Or maybe just do something new and intimate they both love. ]
no subject
The smile on his face warms when Bobby brings their night together to the forefront of his mind. So much of it has haunted his thoughts, the sweetest memories tainted with the pain he caused Bobby, what he thought he should sacrifice. Bobby wouldn't even need to ask him to have that again, all the more so when Erik's eager to make it a solely happy memory. ]
You'll stay the night? [ In his room, he means. He doesn't even care even if anyone saw Bobby leaving in the morning. ]
no subject
You don't even have to ask.
[ Bobby also doesn't care if anyone sees him leaving Erik's room in the morning. Some of his friends might ask and eventually tease him for it, but he truly doesn't care what anybody else will think. ] Are you gonna go all the way with me this time? [ He murmurs in a tease, referencing how they didn't have lube last time. ]
no subject
However far you want to go, [ He murmurs, almost a promise, taking Bobby's hand and kissing his knuckles. ] I've scarcely been able to think of anything other than you, these past weeks.
no subject
Must be torture, then, when I avoided you.
[ The hand Erik kissed finds its way on his cheek, holding his face with the gentleness of freshly fallen snow. He caresses his skin with his thumb, the same skin he has missed touching these past few weeks. For a moment, Bobby searches Erik's eyes, blue on blue, clear skies meeting tumultuous seas, as he tries to place himself on that fateful night when he held this same face.
It's still as attractive as ever. ] You might've left that morning, but you never left my mind.
no subject
He holds Bobby's hand in his tightly, pressing it to his chest, his other arm wrapped tight around his waist. ]
Nor have you mine. [ His eyes linger on Bobby's face, meeting his gaze, lips pressed tightly. ] I haven't regretted anything as much as I did leaving that night.
no subject
We have our regrets. I regret not confronting you sooner about it, to be honest.
[ Bobby snorts at this confession, amused by it now in hindsight. Both of them were stubborn and clearly thought they were doing the right thing. Not anymore, though. This time, they're going to rewrite that night with a better ending. ]
But we're here to right our mistakes. [ With a broader smile as he presses a soft kiss on Erik's lips - ] And move forward.
no subject
Moving forward. [ He returns the kiss, lingering until Bobby's pulling away, then nods. ] I like that.
[ All the more so because they'll be doing so together. He squeezes Bobby's fingers again, then glances to the table where he has his small pile of paperwork. Thankfully he hadn't gotten much work done before Bobby showed up, so there isn't a lot for him to clear up. It's the last thing he'd want to waste time on, right now. ] Let's head upstairs?
no subject
Lips curving up a little in amusement as he follows Erik's gaze to his paperwork, Bobby nods at his question. The thrum of excitement is palpable now in his chest, only getting louder and louder. ]
Sure. [ A beat. ] I think you should get your paperwork first. I'll help you carry them.
no subject
So, with a quiet sigh, he unwinds his arms from around Bobby's waist, quickly stacking his papers into two piles, easier to carry. At least it makes them seem just a little less conspicuous as they carry them across the hallway and up the stairs, Erik leading the way to the wing where the teacher's quarters are.
Though they cross paths with one or two people on the way, at least there's no one around as they reach Erik's room. Not that he'd care either way, but it's nice to at least get one night without rumors already flying through the school.
He closes the door behind them once they're inside, and setting the papers down on a table nearby, he immediately pulls Bobby into his arms, kissing him again with added need and eagerness, almost as if their lips hadn't touched only minutes ago. ]
no subject
So when they reached Erik's room, Bobby also helps him settle his paperwork down on the nearest table. As soon as that's done, and with the door successfully closed behind them, he allows Erik to kiss him, returning it with equal fervor and hunger. It's like a drink of water after months of getting lost at sea.
Parched and in need of more, Bobby opens his mouth, lets Erik explore him as if it's the first time, as if they're rewriting the events of that fateful night. Hands come to hold the other mutant's face tenderly as Bobby also explores Erik, tongue sweeping, lips chasing, tasting more and more of this magnetic force of a man.
He only breaks the kiss for breath, and even then, he's not completely away from him, wanting nothing more but for Erik's touches and presence to linger. ]
Erik... [ He murmurs, lips tugging up into a soft smile, thumbs caressing the other man's cheeks. ] I'm so excited... [ Bobby admits with a soft chuckle. ] I almost thought this night will never come.
no subject
But not tonight. Tonight, he will give Bobby everything he wants, everything Erik has wanted since that night, since before then, even. He wraps his arms tight around Bobby with that in mind, wanting to reassure him that he won't let go, won't let him go anywhere tonight, and won't leave again. His lips brush over Bobby's when the kiss breaks, and he nuzzles against his cheek with his nose, smiling softly too. ]
I definitely didn't think it would.
[ He thought Bobby's hurt would turn to anger instead, and then indifference, and eventually he would move on from it all, find someone else. At one point, it was what Erik thought was best, even if it wasn't what he wanted. What he wanted was Bobby, just like right now. ]
I'm so glad you came to meet me tonight.
[ Lord knows what might have happened if Bobby had decided to ignore his invitation. ]
no subject
[ He almost didn't, to be fair, if it weren't for Charles' insistence. And because he really needed the tutoring. Not that that's what he currently needs. They can set aside another session for another day. Right now, he's just thankful he listened and arrived to this session.
Smiling fondly while Erik nuzzles his nose against his cheek, Bobby gazes at him with equal fondness. ]
Who knows what would've happened if I didn't... [ His features turn a bit wistful after these words, not quite ready to even think about what might have been. In Erik's arms like this, he can't imagine being some place else. With one hand finding purchase in Erik's locks, fingers weaving through strands on the back of his head, Bobby meets his lips briefly with his own. ]
I could've lost you. [ Something he would've most likely regret in the long run. ]
no subject
Erik lifts a hand and cups Bobby's cheek, coaxing him to look up, urging those thoughts away. ]
Let's never think of that again.
[ He doesn't want to dwell on what ifs, and he doesn't want either of them to imagine where they might be if they hadn't met tonight, if Bobby hadn't reached out to Charles to begin with. What matters is that they're here now, that Erik's mistakes didn't completely ruin the chance at something good. ]
Just kiss me. Stay with me tonight.
no subject
Wouldn't want to think of anything else but you.
[ His soft smile should emphasize these words as he nods once more at Erik's encouragement, leaning in so he can capture his lips in a searing kiss. He only breaks it to whisper in a breathless voice. ] I'll kiss you many times tonight, I promise.
And I'll stay for as long as you want me to. [ Tonight. Over the following nights. Bobby doesn't care, really. Going in for another kiss, his fingers find the first few buttons of Erik's shirt, as he begins to work them off the other mutant. ]
no subject
As Bobby gets his shirt unbuttoned, Erik reaches for Bobby's own, tugging it out of his trousers while using his abilities to work the button and zipper of those trousers open. He tips his head forward, lips latching to Bobby's neck, this time less urgent than their first time but certainly no less eager, and no less passionate. He's thought of being this close to Bobby again a number of times over the past weeks, and he absolutely intends to make the most of it.
Once Bobby's gotten all his buttons undone, Erik shrugs off the shirt, then grabs Bobby's by the hem to pull it over his head. ]
no subject
Craning his neck to give Erik more access, he lets that passion and eagerness burn a path on his skin, closing his eyes to relish every press of Erik's skilled lips. He never thought he'd get them anywhere near his skin again, as he spent those past few weeks imagining this occurring once more.
Opening his blue eyes only to see Erik shrugging off his shirt once he had finished unbuttoning his shirt, he lets his gaze roam around the other man's bare body. This same body he had craved for weeks to see, to touch, and to hold.
Bobby follows suit, of course, removing his shirt and tossing it somewhere in Erik's room. He's still as built as ever, body hair in the right places, pink nipples perked in anticipation. Immediately, Bobby's hands find Erik's broad chest. ]
I missed this.
no subject
He enjoys the sight of Bobby undressing for him, taking a few good seconds before getting his hands on him too, sweeping them up his sides. He leans down to kiss him again, hands moving to the waistband of his trousers, fingertips slipping beneath the fabric as he guides it past Bobby's thighs. ]
We'll just have to make sure you won't miss it again.
[ He murmurs against Bobby's lips, before dragging his mouth down his throat, across his collarbone, humming softly. ]
I want to taste you everywhere.
no subject
[ Not that it warrants saying, admittedly, but Bobby wants to say it nonetheless. To be able to offer his naked body to Erik like this is an opportunity he doesn't intend to waste, not by a long shot. Craning his neck to the side once Erik's lips latches on his skin there, he lets out a hum of approval as soon as those same lips travel further south. His own hands explore Erik's skin, as well, fingers finding those lovely nipples so he can caress and lightly pinch them.
Moaning the second he feels Erik's fingertips slipping his trousers past his thighs, Bobby can't help but gasp a little the moment he only has his underwear on, the outline of his now erect cock perfectly visible through his white briefs. There's even a small patch of wetness near where the head of his cock should be, a testimony to how much Bobby has been anticipating this moment. ]
I want your lips everywhere on my body, Erik.
no subject
Just my lips? [ He teases with a faint smirk, pulling back to meet Bobby's gaze. With another slow, gentle kiss to his lips, Erik carefully guides him towards the bed, urging him to take a seat by the edge. ]
no subject
[ Bobby teases back, returning that soft, tender kiss, before allowing Eriuk to carefully lead him to his bed. He sits on the edge, already missing the warm hand that slipped past his trousers to caress the outline of his erect cock through the fabric of his underwear. If he gasped once that contact hit, what more if Erik plans to do something else? Something he has inkling the other might go for.
Leaning back with his elbows folded, Bobby partially props up his weight as his blue eyes watch whatever it is Erik's about to next. ]
